Business Challenge
This Business Challenge Intensive is a one-day, virtual experience with Abilitie’s Business Challenge simulation at its core. Within the simulation, learners participate with their peers in a dynamic competition where they’re responsible for completing the value creation cycle of a fictitious company — from sales and operations to launching new business units. Every decision has a realistic consequence with immediate and applicable feedback. At the end of the simulation, there’s one winning team.

This Influence Challenge Intensive is a one-day experience focused on Abilitie’s Influence Challenge, a hands-on business simulation set in the picturesque town of Grassagreena. Guided by expert faculty, each learner assumes the prestigious role of City Council Member and is tasked with representing key constituencies, guiding the town’s growth, and inspiring trust among their peers.

Management Challenge
This Management Challenge Intensive is a one-day experience with Abilitie’s Management Challenge simulation at its core. Within the simulation, learners compete in small groups, managing the motivations and performance of a virtual team. AI-enabled technology allows for true-to-life performance and coaching conversations that are followed up with detailed, actionable, and realistic feedback for participants.
