Director Challenge Overview: In this simulation, as a newly appointed Director, you and your teammate, a peer Director, are responsible for executing on your organization's strategic goals while managing multiple teams, each with their own challenges, priorities, and working styles. Balancing innovation with execution, strategy with daily operations, and team engagement with high performance will be key to your success.

Analyze competing priorities, prioritize time and resources effectively, and align cross-functionally to balance immediate business needs with strategic development.
