In this taster session, you will experience a fast-paced, multi-party negotiation and decision simulation that builds executive-level influence skills. Navigating high-stakes conversations when faced with conflicting goals, learners also discover how to effectively balance stakeholder interests and drive impact without relying on hierarchical power.
