Join the Abilitie team for an engaging, competitive look at the power of experiential learning. During this Play Session, you will have an opportunity to sample what a typical Abilitie Business Challenge simulation entails and learn how we’ll enhance your employees’ financial fluency and business acumen.
Business Challenge Overview: In this simulation, participants battle for market share in a dynamic marketplace. Teams compete to best position their companies and deeply understand the drivers of value creation: growth, profitability, and risk.
Learning Objectives*:
Connect day-to-day decisions to key value drivers: growth, profitability, and risk
Learn how to effectively drive business growth using financial data and metrics
Gain conversancy in the financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
Analyze projects through the lens of finances and value creation (IRR, NPV, breakeven analysis)
*Play Session will provide a sample of program content. Time will be reserved at the end of the session for Q&A regarding Abilitie’s other simulations and how the competitive development experiences fit into broader programs.
