Join the Abilitie team for an engaging, participatory look at the power of experiential learning. In this event, you’ll sample Abilitie's Director Challenge simulation. This is your chance to see the simulation in action, ask questions, and understand how it can help your leaders scale their impact through those they lead.

Simulation Overview:

Director Challenge is the ultimate practice ground for senior leaders to hone advanced people management skills. This simulation-based program mirrors real-world complexity, requiring leaders to exercise strategic oversight while amplifying team performance by growing the leadership of team managers.

Learning Objectives*:

• Walk through the simulation and gameplay

• Meet the colorful cast of team managers your participants need to shape into high-impact, autonomous leaders

• Explore the themes of results, culture and alignment through the real-world scenarios participants face

• Preview how the simulation is delivered as part of a facilitated, cohort-led program

• Learn how the learning is contextualized and debriefed for on-the-job relevance and application

*This Play Session will provide a sample of program content. Time will be reserved at the end of the session for Q&A about how this senior leader simulation can fit into broader programs.
