Case Challenge Overview: Redesigning Workflows in the Age of AI is a highly interactive Case Challenge in which learners step into the role of a leader tasked with boosting team productivity using AI. Learners explore the different levels of automation, along with their benefits and risks, while making judgments on if and how humans remain "in the loop." Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the modes of human/AI collaboration, and have an opportunity to apply the learning to their real-world work.
