Overview
In this simulation, participants will explore the topic of Leading Through Change as they interact with Marcela, a sharp and witty direct report who’s resisting the rollout of a new technology your team must adopt.
Your goal: Understand and address Marcela’s concerns, gain her buy-in, and successfully lead your team through the transition.

Practice essential management conversations in a safe setting
Build confidence by navigating common workplace dilemmas
Utilize simple frameworks to enhance leadership skills
Strengthen judgement in the subtleties of business leadership
Play Session attendees will experience the simulation as learners, then transition to a conversation about how integration occurs for broader curricula. Attendees will also receive a month of access to Abilitie’s proprietary AI Case platform.
Attendees will be asked to reserve their schedules for the entire play session – you don’t want to abandon your teammates!
