Guided by our expert faculty, each learner assumes the prestigious role of City Council Member and represents key constituencies, guiding the town's growth and inspiring trust among their peers. High-stakes negotiations with peers and powerful AI conversations allow participants to practice critical influence behaviors and communication skills, altering approaches to see the impact of their choices.
