Who it's for
Enterprise Challenge is suitable for anyone who needs to make decisions or lead as part of a cross-functional team. It is particularly well-suited for experienced managers and directors, cross-functional leaders, and participants in early-to-mid-career leadership development programs.
The recommended number of participants is 12-40 per cohort but it is possible to deliver to larger groups. Participants will work in small teams, competing against other teams in their cohort.
Participants operate as a C-suite leadership team running a fictitious technology company, ultimately presenting their decisions to a board of directors. Participants take on different roles to their day jobs, exposing them to the realities of other functions.
How it runs
6-8 hours, delivered as an instructor-led, cohort-based session. Enterprise Challenge can also be delivered as part of an extended program.
Yes, it runs virtually, in-person, or hybrid.
Abilitie employs highly qualified facilitators, each with a background of corporate leadership and a love of teaching the next generation. Alternatively, we offer Train-the-Trainer to certify client-internal trainers.
Enterprise Challenge focuses on cross-functional collaboration, enterprise-level strategic decisions and executive communication; Management Challenge focuses on direct people-management and coaching skills.
