Cross-Functional Decision Making
Enterprise Challenge
An AI-Powered Cross-Functional Collaboration Simulation
Abilitie's Enterprise Challenge is a team-based simulation that immerses leaders in complex, enterprise-wide decisions where alignment, strategy, and judgment matter as much as performance metrics. Participants operate as a C-suite leadership team, facing shifting market conditions and competing stakeholder priorities, making high-stakes decisions amid ambiguity while practicing cross-functional collaboration.
